- 🖼 Exchanges — We happily accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you cover the return postage.
- 💸 Change of Mind — We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
- 🚚 Damages or Defects — If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away at hello@fionareadart.com. We’ll sort it out in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- 🎨 Commissions & Custom Orders — These are non-refundable once completed, except where required under the ACL.
- 🛍 Sale Items, Digital Products & Gift Cards — These cannot be returned or refunded.
